For over a decade, Aniruddha Bhide has worked inside the finance teams of growing Indian businesses: as their accountant, their company secretary and their part-time CFO, first through A D Bhide & Co and then ADB Consulting LLP.

Technology has shaped his approach from the very beginning. Where others saw a spreadsheet to fill, he looked for a system that could do the work. Across manufacturers, car dealerships, hospitals and professional firms, he kept meeting the same problem. Good teams were losing their week to copying data between systems, reconciling by hand and chasing approvals. In September 2026 he started Z360 Systems to fix that, with software for the work every business shares and automation for the rest.
